Return Eligibility

Find-Me Smart QR Code Pet ID Tags can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, unregistered, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom engraved pet ID tags
  • Digital products or subscription services
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Tags that have been registered to a pet

Exchange Process

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges for Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item and sending a replacement.
